Laura Victoria Adams is an award-winning real estate specialist with over 27 years of experience across the UK, Dubai and now Phuket. She began her career in London, spending 7 years building her practice with well-established agencies before relocating to Dubai in 2008.

In Dubai, Laura co-founded and led Carlton Real Estate as Managing Director, overseeing a team of specialised agents and a portfolio of over 20,000 apartments and villas. Her focus has always been on high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) — helping them develop, manage and enhance their real estate portfolios across multiple markets.

Now operating as Associate Partner at Provident Real Estate Dubai under her personal brand The Agent Dubai | The Agent Phuket, Laura brings the same data-led, relationship-driven approach to the Phuket market — one of Asia’s fastest-growing real estate destinations.
